Products liability insurance covers the Insured against all sums which the Insured will become legally liable to pay in respect of:

• Accidental death of or bodily injury or disease contracted by any person.
• Accidental loss of or damage to material property, occurring through the fault or negligence of the Insured caused or arising from any goods or other property and their container(including Labeling, packaging) sold, supplied, delivered, installed, erected, repaired, altered or tested by the insured after they have ceased to be in the custody or control of the goods or property.
• All litigation expenses incurred with the written consent of the Company.
• All costs and expenses of litigation recovered by any claimant against the insured.
