As your agents, we will make our best efforts to ensure that you get the optimum insurance solution for your specific needs right from the onset. If you report a claim, we will:
- Engage the insurance company on your behalf within 24 hours.
- Inform you on the next steps and required documentation for processing of the claim.
- Hold a debriefing meeting with you after the claim has been processed and you have been indemnified satisfactorily.
We promise to Greatly Minimize the Risk of Claim Declinature
Right at the onset of our business relationship with you, we will undertake a 360-degree evaluation of your risks and implement a holistic mitigation strategy to ensure total protection of you, your family, and your organization. We will also take time to meticulously take you through the provisions, conditions, and exclusions of your insurance covers. Due to the fact that we work with only market leading Insurers, we have no doubt that all valid claims that have been issued through us will be honoured. However, in the very rare and unfortunate scenario where your insurer declines an insurance claim for whatever reasons, we will:
- Jointly, alongside with you or your representative, and/or your legal counsel, study the insurer’s reasons for the declinature alongside the terms of your contract of insurance.
- Depending on the facts and evidence, work with you to pursue any administrative and legal options that are available to us with respect to the matter.
